Ms. Shaikh, General Manager and COO, manages operations, asset acquisition and the equipment auction division of Industrial Assets Corporation, one of the largest privately held equipment management firms in the world.

Ms. Shaikh has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies and industry leading manufacturers, buying and selling multi-million dollar equipment, real estate, complete plant asset packages, commercial vehicles, classic cars and luxury goods. Since appointed, Ms. Shaikh has been transforming the company by evolving one of the largest equipment auctioneers, into a technology-enabled, data-driven, multi-channel asset management and disposition platform.

Brian Holland
Vice President

Mr. Holland manages asset acquisition and real estate property acquisitions for the Biditup Auctions Worldwide division of Industrial Assets Corporation, one of the largest privately held equipment and real estate disposition firms in the world. Mr. Holland has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies and industry leading manufacturers, buying and selling multi-million dollar equipment, real estate and complete plant asset packages. Mr. Holland holds 35 years of equipment asset sales experience and experience purchasing over 15 million square feet of turnkey manufacturing facilities.

Nyk Westbrook

Mr. Westbrook began his career with Industrial Assets Corporation at BidItUp Auctions Worldwide as a Marketing Associate in 2011 and has since then become Senior Vice President of Business Development. Over his tenure, he has sourced, managed and completed many successful auction projects for an array of clients and industries.  Prior to joining BidItUp he held the position of Branch Manager for a natural spring water company called Earth2o in his hometown of Eugene, OR.

Venice Gamble

Mr. Gamble has a strong background in law and distressed assets. As the Director of Business Development at Industrial Assets Corp., an international private equity firm with an emphasis in auction/liquidation and asset acquisitions, he manages and oversees transactions in the commercial, entertainment, medical, and industrial industries, while working on behalf of some of the largest and most well-known companies, law firms, and lenders in the World. Throughout his career, he has participated in multiple turnkey sale and auction events, many of which were multi-million dollar transactions that included machinery, equipment, inventories, and real estate.

Holding strong ties in the community, Mr. Gamble is a regular volunteer and motivational speaker for at-risk youth within the L.A. County Juvenile Hall system, and participates annually in ABC-7’s “Spark of Love” and the United States Marine Corp’s “Toys for Tots” toy drive, where he has been recognized on many occasions for having raised substantial amounts of toy donations for families in need. He also serves on the board of non-profit organizations including the California State PTA and chairs a Long Beach Unified School District School Site Council. Venice received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at the State University of New York (“SUNY”), and received his Juris Doctorate from the American College of Law.

Alex Holland
Director of Business Development

Alex Holland began his career with Industrial Assets Corporation at BidItUp Auctions Worldwide in 2016 as a Director of Business Development. Over the course his career he has built numerous relationships that has sourced many successful opportunities and has completed a wide variety of auction and real estate deals for the company.

Prior to joining BidItUp he held the position of sales manager for 5 years at a lending company in his hometown of Miami, FL. Mr. Holland holds a business degree from SMU in Dallas Texas.

Tali Khoshbin

Ms. Khoshbin has been with Industrial Assets Corporation since 2015. In her time with the company, she has advanced from an administrative position to a junior managerial position. Being a multilingual and effective communicator, she manages customer service and future client business communications.  She is currently studying to earn her BA in Business Management to help further her knowledge and career with Industrial Assets Corporation.  

Shawn Gaffney

Shawn is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute with an AS in Information Technology — Multimedia. Shawn has spent the last 9 years working in marketing, specifically email marketing, and now is head of e-marketing with IA at IA Machinery and Auction Manager at BidItUp Auctons Worldwide, Inc.

Rick Kruger

Mr. Kruger began his career in 1982 working for various machinery companies throughout the United States. Holding positions beginning in machinery sales, advancing to Vice President and now President at IA Machinery, Rick’s expertise includes metal working, fabricating, chip-making, wood working and plastics equipment/production lines. Mr. Kruger has grown 2 successful machinery companies from the ground up and is a true resource of information for the Machinery World.

Jeff Goddard

Mr. Goddard oversees a team of sale executives for the retail division, IA Machinery, as the Managing Director of Sales, where he is responsible for cultivating and expanding business-to-business relationships. Mr. Goddard has extensive experience in both the capital assets and machinery industry sectors, with an emphasis in heavy manufacturing. Mr. Goddard holds dual-bachelor’s degrees in criminology and psychology from the University of California, Irvine.

David DeHoyos

Mr. DeHoyos is the Sales Manager for Industrial Assets Machinery and is a certified equipment appraiser.  His primary focus is on selling machinery and equipment for the machine tool, metal stamping and metal fabrication industries.  He has spent his career reviewing stamping and press brake applications and making recommendations of equipment in a production environment.   He is currently working on local, national and international sales transactions in Mexico, Canada, Australia, Korea and China.

Mr. Nonaka is head of accounting at Industrial Assets Corporation.  Mr. Nonaka has broad experience in all aspects of finance and accounting, both internationally and nationally and is bilingual in English and Spanish. 

Isauro (Junior) Vasquez

Mr. Vasquez oversees all logistics and office administration while running a successful team of our operations personnel for the retail division, IA Machinery.  In his capacity as Logistics Manager, he oversees the daily operations in our Huntington Park warehouse, and is responsible for coordinating the office administration interface with accounting.  He has extensive experience in Transportation Logistics, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, speaks multiple languages, and has been a valuable asset for Industrial Assets Machinery since 2015.
